(by Terry Reincke) Congratulations to Hans Momkes and Liz Stauffer, winning the pairs tournament on the last shot of the regulation 14th end. Tied 13 each after 13 ends, Stan Glickman and Ladd Painter were holding the winning shot until Hans delivered his last shot, driving the jack out of bounds. After respotting the jack on the 2 meter mark, the winning point for Hans and Liz was achieved.
